Wow! I finally cultivated a bread recipe that works for me!
Let's back up. Months ago I started the, "I want to bake my own bread journey" knowing full well it was going to take some time to learn. I bought some cheap ingredients and away we went into the realm of practicing to bake bread.
What I didn't realize, however, was just how many ways there are to make bread. Every person on the planet seems to have their own take. From "just sprinkle the yeast over the water" to "knead" to "no knead" to "punch the dough" to "stretch the dough"... so many options. It's overwhelming!
Needless to say, when I found a recipe that not only worked (AKA I actually got something that actually looked, smelled and tasted fantastic) but was easy to follow, I was relieved.
So guys, without further ado... here's the recipe!
