Here’s what you’ll need
4 cloves garlic
red chili flakes
8 oz cream cheese
16 oz san marzano tomatoes
4 cups spinach
Peel and chop garlic and onions
Heat a pan to medium high heat and add olive oil
To pan, add salt and red chili flakes, reduce heat slightly & caramelize.
Add san marzano tomatoes to caramelized onions and garlic, add cream cheese, melt and stir in chream cheese
Finish cooking pasta
Add spinach to pan
Add pasta to pan, combine thoroughly
Serve & enjoy!
